There are five ways to add more credits to your account.
- Purchase more prepaid credits. These credits do not expire. You can purchase more credits here. This is the recommended way if you only need more credits for a one-off use, such as a one-time cleaning of a large list.
- Upgrade your subscription plan. If you need more credits on a monthly basis, you can upgrade your subscription. You can do that here.
- Add subscription add-on credits. These are subscription credits that will be added to your existing subscription. This is a flexible option that allows you to add credits at different packages and quantities.
- Use the auto-refill feature to automatically add prepaid credits when falling below a threshold. You can set up auto-refill here. We recommend setting this feature up so you never run out of credits, such as in the middle of a floss session.
- Turn on overage. We don't recommend this setting as the fees can be substantial.
